- Knuten dritten Advenstag, mein lieber Knutchen!

-AAAARRRRGHHHHHHHH!
WAAASSSEEERRR, EEEIIMMEERR. FEUERWEEEEEHR.
AAAARGGHHHH* MEINE LIEBE FLOCKE BRENNT!!!! aaarrrgghhhh

- NEIN, Mein Kopf brennt nicht.

Tante Mervi und Tante Teddybärenmutti haben mir erzählt, dass heute am 13.12. feiert man in Schweden und Finnland Lucia-Tag.
Lucia ist eine schöne, junge blonde Jungfrau, die Licht, Wärme, Friede, Freude und Liebe an Menschen bringt.Ich bin jung, sehr blond und sehr schön. Hihhii ich bin eine echte Flocke-Lucia.

In jeder Stadt wählt man eine Lucia-Jungfrau. Lucia besucht dann Kindergarten. Altersheimen, Krankehäuser und am Abend ist ein Lucia-Festumzug. Lucia serviert auch Kaffee mit leckerliche Gebäcke. In Schweden gibt es besondere Lucia-Brötchen "Lussekatter"mit Kardamon und Saffran und natuerlich Pfefferkuchen. In Finnland bringt sie Weihnachtstörtchen und Pfefferkuchen. Weihnachtstörtchen sind aus Croissantsteig gemacht. Sie sind als Stern geformt und drinnen liegt sehr viel Pflaumengelee.
Lucia trägt auf ihrem Kopf einen gruenen Kranz mit Kerzen.

Knut! Nun ueberraschen wir unsere Freunde in Knuipe. Du trägst Gebäckteller voll von Lussekatter, Weihnachtstörtchen und Pfefferkuchen. Licht muss abschalten. Nur meine Kerzen auf dem Kopf geben Licht.

Knut will servieren und dann singen wir alle zusammen Weihnachtslieder.

- Entschuldigung. Sie waren so leckerlich.

. Nojaah. Kein Problem. Dann singen wir Weihnachtslieder und trinken Kaffee oder vielleicht Gluehwein.

Aunt Mervi and Aunt Teddybärenmutti have told me that today 13.12 is the Lucia Day in Sweden and Finland. Lucia is a young, beautiful, blond maiden who brings light, warmth, peace, happiness and love to people. I'm young, beautiful and blond so I make a perfect Lucia, hihiii....

Every town elects a Lucia maiden who visits Kindergartens, homes for old people, hospitals and in the evening there's a special Lucia parade. Lucia comes with treats like coffee, glögg and all kinds of delicious cookies. In Sweden the bakeries make special Lucia buns - Lussekatter (Lussecats) with saffron and cardamom. In Finland Lucia brings Christmas stars (a Finnish speciality) and gingerbread. Christmas stars are made of croissant pastry and filled with plum jelly and of course, shaped as stars. Lucia always has a crown with burning candles on his hair.

Knut! Let's go and surprise our friends in the Knuipe! You can carry the tray with Lussecats, Christmas stars and gingerbread. Please, turn the lights off - the only light we need comes from my candles.
