Tipps von Knut, Flocke, Gianna, Raspi, Ewa und Willbär mit etwas Hilfe von Tante Mervi und Tante Teddybärenmutti (sie haben einige Erlebnisse aus der Kälte)

Wir haben bemerkt, dass die Leute an unseren Villas sich kalt fuehlen, darum einige nuetzliche Tipps.
Natuerlich gibt es besondere Termen in Kälteruestungen. Hier einige.

1.KARVAREUHKA

Die Name ist urspruenglich finnisch. Es bedeutet eine Muetze aus Lammfell mit Wolle gefuettert.
Sehr often ist es ein Erbstueck. Jeder braucht ein Karvareuhka um sein/ihr Kopf warm zu halten.
Ohne Frage, Karvareuhka ist "a must" beim Kälte.

2 .KAULALIINA

Sehr oft nennt man " kaulaliina" als Schal, aber es ist etwas anderes. Es ist schmal und lang. Man kann es mehrere mahl herum Hals wickeln. Dies brauchen sie, wenn sie diskutieren möchten.

3. JUSSI-PAITA
Ein besonderes Pullover. Mit bestimmten Motiven. Jussi-Paita gibt an allen Bärenkräfte. Sie rauchen und sie sollen eure arme Lungen schuetzen. Darum ein besonderes Wolle-Pullover.

4. PITKÄT KALSARIT
På svenska" Långa kalsonger", auf finnisch " pitkät kalsarit" auf deutsch " lange Unterhosen".
Unsere liebe Frauen finden " diese Sachen" sehr sexy" Wir Herren nicht aber hihihiiii. Sie sind sehr gemuetlich und bequem und warm.

5. UNTERHOSEN AUS WOLLE FUER FRAUEN

Diese Unterhosen sind besonders gesund fuer Frauen. Vielleicht sind sie nicht sehr sexy, aber
sehr gesund und vielleicht.... sehr... unsere liebe Herren sind sehr inressiert.

6. LAPASET, VANTTUUT, KINTAAT

Natuerlich sollen Sie alle unsere liebe Freunden/-innen ihre Hände schuetzen. Vor allem, dass sie können Fotos knippsen. Darum brauchen sie Handschuhe aus Wolle. Es gibt verschiedene Modellen.

7. VILLASUKAT

Ohne Wollestruempfen können sie nicht in der Kälte leben.

8. HUOPATOSSUT

Unser, lieber, multilanter Raspi kommt aus Moscau. Er hat besondere Erkenntnisse gegen Kälte.
Aus Wolle gemachte "Schuhe/ Wollestiefel" kann man nicht im Schnee leben.

9. RASPI´S GEHEIME TIPPS

Njöt, nöö, njet "Taschen voll von lauwarmes/warmes Wodka, vielleicht mit Tee aus Samovar"

Recommendations by Knut, Flocke, Gianna, Raspi, Ewa und Willbär with a little help from Auntie Mervi und Auntie Teddybärenmutti (they have some experience of ice cold weather)

We have noticed that people are freezing in this cold winter weather so we decided to give you some pieces of good advice!

Here we try to explain some Finnish terms for 'winter equipment':

1. KARVAREUHKA

This word is really very Finnish and impossible to translate. It means a hat made of sheepskin ' and lined with wool. Often these hats go from generation to generation and look very 'out of date'. Of course, there are modern versions as well. In Finland a 'karvareuhka' is a must by winter time.

2. KAULALIINA

Very often we can hear 'kaulaliina' is called shawl but it's something different. It's long and thin so you can wrap it several times around your neck. You must protect your neck and throat if you want to be able to talk....

3. JUSSI-PAITA

Jussi-paita is a special designed pullover. It's supposed to give power of a bear to those wearing it! It's especially recommended to all the smokers - it keeps you warm when you're smoking outdoors.

4. PITKÄT KALSARIT

In Swedish 'Långkalsonger', in Finnish 'pitkät kalsarit', in German 'lange Unterhosen' and I think in English simply 'long underpants'. The wives find this underwear 'very sexy' - the husbands have a somewhat different opinion. They are, though, very comfortable and warm!

5. VILLAHOUSUT

This underwear, woollen knickers for women is maybe not so sexy but very warm. Our bear gentlemen are very interested though.....The women are sighing because it's impossible to be elegant wearing these things. They make you look like the famous Michelin man!

6. LAPASET, VANTTUUT, KINTAAT

Of course, you also need to protect your hands and fingers from the cold - especially if you're going to take some photos. We recommend warm woollen gloves - you can choose among lots of different kinds.

7. VILLASUKAT

Without thick woollen socks you can't survive the cold.

8. HUOPATOSSUT

These shoes are especially known in Finland and Russia and Raspi coming from Moscow, of course, understand they are a 'must' in a freezing winter weather. The shoes are made of wool and they have long traditions in Northern Europe.

9. RASPI´S SECRET WEAPON AGAINST COLD

A hip flask filled with warm wodka - maybe blended with tea from a samovar!
