Dear friends! Let's hope August will be the Summer month we can all enjoy! June and July have been far too hot. We've seen the red moon but now it's time to admire the traditional yellow August moon.

Zur Zeit tröpfelt es etwas, aber viel kommt nicht runter.
Wir bräuchten mal einen richtigen Landregen.

I arrived at home. Yesterday I was in the zoo for 2 hours.

Good Evening from the Stegnbergwr Hotel in Berlin where I have a very comfortable room
My flight went smoothly and I reached the Zoo by 11. Kati and Volodya received some meat and dish from Marcus Robke. I was able to get some shots of them.
Later, Monika aus Berlin arrives and we did a round of the Zoo. The highlight was seeing Gorilla Fatou quite close while shwas eating. We will meet again at the Tieeoark tomorrow.

Chris - There's a baby boom in the Tierpark Berlin. The tiger babies are cuter than cute! Even the rhino lady Betty has become a mother again. The baby is a boy! Congratulations to the Tierpark!

Good morning! Guten Morgen! Dear fluffy angel - it's Toodle Doodle Thursday again! Let's hope it will be a good day for us all!
Britta-Gudrun - How kind of you to take the frogs to the 'wild'. I'm sure their 'peeping' meant 'thank you, dear friend'. - My hand is OK after a rest. I simply 'work' too much with the knuputor but I have slown down now. I would like to make new collages but that will have to wait.
Chris - The hot and dry Summer affects all our animal friends in the woods and in the fields. We can only hope that there won't be too much damage for their survival.
Ludmila - I wish you a pleasant working trip in Bärlin!

Teddybärenmutti - I've said it many times before but I say it once again - We would need a PN (Personal Nerd) to help us with the new phones, TVs and all the other 'smart things'.

Internet-Welt ist unglaublich. Wir sollten an TBV ein Smartphone kaufen. Das machten wir, aber dort in laden bemerkte man, dass in meinen Smartphone ist nur 16 Gigas und es soll wenigstens 32 gigas sein. Nun haben wir beide neue Smarts. Dort kann man auch e-mails lesen und schicken, aber Geheimwort sollte wechseln. So begann die problemen. Operator wollte neues Geheimwort nicht acceptieren. Es nahm drei taga und zum Schulle Nachbar´s Enkelkind (Ingeniör) machte alles in ordnung.
Huhuh.
Hier ist es noch warm. Ich gehe nun zum Pedikyrist.
Herkules ist fertig.

Leider sind durch die lange Trockenzeit auch viele Feuchtgebiete

Nach einem abendlichen langen und heftigen Gewitterregen hatte ich wieder eine
Frosch-Invasion. Vor meiner Kellertuere hockten 7 kleine Wechselkroeten, die ich ueber die Straße getragen habe, zu einem Wiesengelaende, das an die Waldgrenze stoesst. Sie gaben ganz leise Pfeiftoene von sich als sie im Eimer sassen - lustig.
Nach einem abendlichen langen und heftigen Gewitterregen hatte ich wieder eine
