Dear friends! As you all know by now I love the Fall and I'm happy to welcome this season again! Even our white fluffy friends are enjoying the cooler days while they're waiting for their favourite season - the Winter! :-) Fiete sent me lovely greetings which I want to share with you:

Spent two hours to get my paws and claws manicured - aber kein Ferrarirot wie bei TBM, sondern noch korallenorange to make the summer feeling linger
Then I walked the boys, separately of course, since I wouldn't be able to prevent both of them from doing stupid things at the same time if they were up to showing me pulling and dashing off is what they are used to

Dear friends! We're back home again after spending a few hours with our animal friends in Höör. I'll tell you more about our visit in a report later on.
Ralph - Your emails have arrived 'safe and sound' - thank you so much! Can't help being a teeny weeny bit envious when I saw the photos - and when I think of all the fantastic zoo visits you're looking forward to.
Bärgit - The heater is on when the heat is gone. That's poetry!
Leti - It looks like the weather is turning more 'normal' everywhere now.
Ludmila - I wish you a relaxing evening!
Britta-Gudrun, Teddybärenmutti, Filomena, Knuti-Judi - The Dream Team left us with lots of wonderful memories. They are the real treasures for us all!
Now I have to rest my feet and back - I'm beginning to feel the 'aftermath' of the long walk.

Mervi I have also managed to finish the Berlin report and send it to you. I am in the Library on Saturday morning if there are any problems.
I was lucky enough to find another copy of the Knut and Thomas medal issued in 2007 while I was in Berlin. I took the opportunity while in the Zoo on my own on Saturday morning to remember the last occasions in September 2008 that I had been able to chat to Thomas. The old song from the 60s Abraham, Martin and John always reminds me of Thomas.
