Willkommen! Bienvenue! Welcome!

Happy Birthday, Dumba!

Dear Dumba,

It's a great pleasure for me to wish you again a very happy birthday! Thank you for visiting me so often. I always recognize you - no matter if you're carrying an umbrella or not! Auntie Mervi has taught me some Swedish so I say: Grattis på födelsedagen, kära Dumba!

Your humble servant, Herr Ober

All the visitors in the Knuipe are singing for you. I hope you don't mind if they sometimes sing out of key.....

Liebe Dumba, auch von mir alles Liebe und Gute zum Geburtstag, wünscht Dir Annemarie /Göttingen, den 25.6.2010

Dear Dumba, it's always been such a great pleasure to meet you in Bärlin. We want to thank you for your excellent guidance in the CCC and for your hospitality. The rumours of your guiding skils have obviously even reached our bears.....

We wish you the best birthday ever!

Knervi, Knesa, Knimmi and Knaller

Happy Birthday, Dumba!

Dear Dumba!

What a great pleasure and honour it is for me to wish you a Happy Birthday! I wish your day will be filled with joy, laughter and of course, lots of presents!

I had a beautiful, delicious cake for you and I even tried to protect the candles with an umbrella. I got the idea from you since I've seen you lots of times in front of my enclosure carrying your umbrella. Well, the candles are OK but when I did my quality control of the cake it just vanished! Can you imagine? They really should make the birthday cakes 'quality-control-proof'!

Some people say it's a good thing I don't eat flowers. Do you know what they mean??

Now we shall all sing a birthday song for you and I hope we can keep the tone!

Your humble servant, the Waiter on behalf of all your (and my) friends

 And now some music, Maestro!
