This week I will not visit Wolodja any more. I do not do anything in the morning when I have to go to work in the afternoon. Besides, I'm still not so good. But in the next week I have early service, there is a visit to Wolodja firmly planned.

Inge - I hope 'Rudolph' will disappear soon! - Getting cats into the transport boxes is almost a mission impossible. We have to use all our innovative skils to figure out how to fool them.

Mervi, also grey weather here to-day. But no frost. Unfortunately my cold has returned. So Rudolph with the red nose is back.
Ludmila, yes, cats can read thoughts. I arrange everything with the transportboxes and so on the day before, so they are ready by the frontdoor. And I can hardly pass, if I have to go out. And then I try my best fooling them. Until now I have succeeded, but one never knows with cats. Next vet-visit is in april.

We spent almost the whole day outdoors on two long Wald-und-Wiesen-Wanderungen. Too bad the Ws get lost when translating the word.
And I'm glad we did reading about rain that might continue wandering to our region as well.
Mervi, Dumba - Thank you for forwarding Jyrki's greetings and the pink breakfast table. I do like macarons a lot.
Ralph - As I expressed in another post on Wolodja, I also feel sorry about the missed chance to give him a much 'bearier' habitat in Doncaster. Not to mention the extra stress this new room-mate will have it's - most presumably negative - effects on Lady Katja.

Britta-Gudrun - Wow! Our animal friends manage to take us by surprise again and again and again. The cat mama feeding not only her own kittens but even the small duckies must one of the most generous mamas in the world!!
Ludmila - 'Minka is a drama queen' I wish you best of luck with the vet visit and hope you will make the queen enter the transport basket.
Britta-Gudrun - It's very cloudy here now and I wouldn't be surprised if it started to rain soon.
Chris - Enjoy the Spring weather! - The photo of the 'Amsel' is beautiful! The black bird against the greenish background makes a lovely scene.
Now I'm off to Hochfilzen for men's biathlon competition. I just came back from St Moritz where the alpine WC are going on.

Das Problem ist, dass Minka irgendwie weißt, dass sie ins Körbchen soll. Wenn ich nicht das Glück habe sie schnell zu schnappen, rennt sie weg und versteckt sich. Dann wird der Tierarztbesuch verschoben.

Ludmila, ich glaube, alle Katzen sind Drama Queens beim Tierarzt, genauso wie gestandene Kater - viel Glueck!
