Dear friends! April has a foolish kind of weather and I strongly suspect June has been imitating April. :-) Well, let's BEAR in mind that a good Summer has all the ingredients: rain, thunder, sunshine, heat wave .... you name it!

TBM - das ist wohl sowas, wie bei uns
die Kieler Woche oder Hanse Sail in
Rostock - da kommen auch immer
viele schöne, alte Segelschiffe.

Chris - Congratulations to the Mädels! We were glad to see Anja Mittag who plays in FC Rosengård i Malmö.
Chris - Even the smallest creatures have an important role in our earth. The photo is great! - I wish the Mädels best of luck!

I feel a bit guilty in some of my comments in KWM
I tend to concentrate on the photos and especially
those of Polar Bears. However, I do really appreciate
the stories and words. I also enjoy the wide range of
animals and other subjects covered. Sorry if that is

Lieber fluffiger Engel!
Wir machte heute Einkaufen in Nachbarstadt Parainen ( Ei Archipekagie Stadt). Turku ist am Wochenende ( ab gestern) ein Mammutttouristen Stadt. Hier wartet man auf ein halbes Millionen Touristen. Grund dazu ist " Tall ship race" Grösste Segelbooten aus aller Welt besuchen Turku. Es ist gleichzeitig Schuhlung fuer junge Sailors. Die Schiffen sind alle grossartige. Aber so viel Turisten in Turku. Alle Hotellen, Hostellen, campingplätzen sind voll. Wie auch Laden. Darum machte wir Einkaufen in Parainen.
Wir sind gut geruestet und bleiben drinnen zu Hause. Hahaa. Kuehlschrank ist voll.
Mervi - Kyllpä niistä hampaista nyt riesa tuli. Yritä kestää.
Annemarie - Sherwin will sicher Dich gerne helfen.
Dumba - Kochst Du auch morgen Kaffee. Ich kaufte eine grosse Menge Erdbeertörtchen.

Sherwin nebst Mutter danken fuer Eure netten Gruesse. Es macht Spass beim 'Ausmisten' in netter Gesellschaft. Sherwin macht das richtig gut und ist rigoros, auch hat er mir beim Einkaufen geholfen.

I even posted my first comment on my new knupad without the blue tooth keyboard honoring the English Three's (Ralph, BN & Katieted) first visit at Quintana's
The frustrating thing however is that getting access to Knuipe doesn't work - at least not yet. I need to get more familiar with my new helpling
Alle - I haven't had time to read back in time yet.
Today was my looking-not-to-unhappy-day at my former place of work.
Now the new toy comes in pretty handy as a reward for the times past
On Tuesday there'll be the final farewell party and than the chapter will be closed - except for very rare visits to the place....
BTW - My knuppy made it back home again. Fresh and sound.
Dust bunnies and a couple of vampires had been trying to choke it. Before final freeze I got my my knuxpert involved. And he succeeded in reviving the gadget.
I feel much at peace at the start of this weekend.
I'll join you for some drinks later on.
There'll be champagne, becherovka and other good stuff for the bellies to celebrate my happy endings

In Hagenbeck ist erlaubt manche Tiere zu füttern. Der Förderverein bereitet die Futterbeutel für die Besucher vor. Man darf die Elefanten füttern, deswegen stehen sie am Rand und strecken die Rüssel zu den Besuchern. Die Pfleger stehen daneben und passen auf, dass die kleine Elefanten nicht gefüttert werden.

I want to thank all the bloggers in the Knuipe and all the commentators in KWM! Sometimes I get fed up because there are so few comments. Luckily there are so many faithful commentators which makes it worth while to go on with our magazine. My sincere thanks to you all! - However, the personal reports with both text and photos are the cream of the cake in KWM. That's why I'm almost insulted when somebody thanks for an album. If KWM is only considered as a photo album I have totally failed with my ambition ....
