Dear Friends! Liebe Freunde/Freundinnen! Jippii! It's August again and we can have a BIG crayfish party - already a tradition in our Knuipe. Oh boy, it means lots of QC for me! Talking about parties made me think of food and it's my great pleasure to inform you that my cook book (Part 1) is now published in KWM! I'm waiting for more contributions for Part 2 so don't hesitate to send me your best recipees. My pal Raspi and Uncle Sergej would also appreciate recipees for delicous drinks!

Hallo Crissi, ja habe ich. Heute war ich beim Bildungsträger, wir haben heute selber gekocht. Hat Spass gemacht. Und morgen gehe ich nicht mehr los. Das Training läuft Dir ja nicht weg. Du willst ja Radfahren und nicht Schwimmen, oder?

Hat Knuti eigentlich schon eine Kundenkartei für die Bücher angelegt? Sicher braucht er da eine Fachkraft für den Büroalltag. Ich kann ihm ja dabei behilflich sein.

Am Wochenende bekommen wir eine sehr gefährliche Wetterlage, wahrscheinlich
wird es ab Sonntag sehr viel Regnen, und es wird einen großen Temperatursturz
geben von Samstag auf Sonntag, mit Gewittern und schweren Windböen lokal.
Bei TBM bleibt es warm, dort wird noch wärmere Luft hingeschaufelt. Sehr merkwürdig
das Alles in diesem Sommer - in Russland sind noch mehr Brände ausgebrochen,
kein Ende der Hitzewelle in Sicht, Rauch soll bald bis Südschweden gehen.....

Ludmila - ah, there you are, I didn't realize you came in. Well your project is ready, except 2 which I messed up, I'll make the two again and thats' it!
The beer did not work in our garden. It was a great mess with the slugs in there.
I bet, Knuti only wanted to talk to the squirrel or play with it.

crissi - it is very simple you fill one layer sugar and one layer lavender blossoms another layer sugar then lavender agin in a glass until it is full. Close the glass tight and leave for 4 weeks then screen the blossoms out. That's all!

I put the beer in pots next to pumpkins.

Now I am curious. How are the bears thinking? Do you begin to let Vesa go first through the door outside? Is he allowed to take your ice bombe away? I cannot really think that you do such things.

Agis Bericht habe ich gestern schon gelesen, sehr gut geschrieben. Sie schreibt
ja immer gute Artikel! Bin schon gespannt auf das Rezept mit Lavendelzucker.

Das Training mußte wegen Unpassierbarkeit der Wege heute Abend ausfallen.
Es war nach Sonnenuntergang total neblig.
TBM - Bibliothek ist sehr gute Idee - aber nur Bärenbücher

I just visited Hartmuth's forum and saw pics by SylviaMicky. There had been a squirrel in Knuti's enclosure today. Knuti had seen it but (luckily!) the squirrel was too fast for him. Or who knows - maybe Herr Knut only wanted to have a little chat..... Of course, there are new awesome photos by Monika, Doris & Jessie as well.

Solche Sachen sind mir auch schon passiert, da sucht man alles ab und dann
ist das gesuchte Etwas genau dort, wo man ganz am Angfang logischer Weise
schon gesucht hat....
Von Lavendelzucker hab ich noch nie was gehört - wie machst Du den?
Drückt mir Alle die Daumen, dass es morgen Abend trocken ist, denn da bin
ich zu einer Gartenparty mit Livemusik eingeladen, da können wir Regen gar
nicht gebrauchen....
Im Moment ergießt sich gerade das 2.(!) Gewitter heute über der Stadt
- aber es ist auch sehr schwül heute! Ich glaube das Training kann ich
heute cancelln....
Raspi, Yoghi, Wilbär, Knut und Willy als Männerclub - na da wär was los!
Dann müssen aber Flocke, Gio, Ewa auch einen Club gründen....

Patricia - Oh boy, it's time again to start counting days and nights. I would have felt miserable if I hadn't been able to come.
Caren - When I came home I think I saw big adds with gentlebear smoking orange cigars! That Raspi really doesn't let the grass grow under his paws
Crissi - My collegues think I'm crazy when I'm litterally singing in the rain. I enjoy the cool weather as long as it lasts - during the weekend it's getting warmer again.

Knuti-Judi - I'm sure I have some kind of telepathic connection with Knuti. The knusband claims I'm thinking like a bear all the time..... I wonder when my fur will be grow to be white and fluffy?
