Dear friends! Although I know my dear friend Giovanna will be leaving me soon I've decided to be a brave boy. We are very good friends but I have understood La Donna needs something more than just friendship. I can't imagine what she wants. We have food, good spots for Nickerchens, water to swim in.....well, maybe that Yoghi guy knows what she wants. I hope they will be very happy together in their new enclosure. Maybe I will feel a bit lonely to begin with but I'm sure there's a beautiful bear girl just waiting for me. Let's not be sad but wish Giovanna best of luck in Hellabrunn.

Crissi - heute könnte ich deine Kondition gut gebrauchen - ich muss
gleich zum Belastungs - EKG, kann mich abrackern und der Schweiß
wird in Strömen fließen.
Annemarie - the Erdferkel would be the ideal playfellow for Pepper
Caren - leider bin ich noch nicht dazu gekommen deine neuesten Bilder anzuschauen

denn das Wochenende winkt, und die Bärchen in allen Himmelsrichtungen

Das Foto wo Gio sich ganz relaxexd im Mulch wälzt und Yoghi im Hintergrund
auch die Ruhe selbst ist - ich bin mir fast sicher, vor einem Jahr wär das nicht
so easy abgegangen, das Jahr bei Knut hat Gio bestimmt gut getan!
Und für Yoghi freut es mich besonders, dass er endlich wieder Gesellschaft hat!

Ludmila - just for Saturday until Sunday would be too short for the long trip. And before our September holidays I cannot take days off before. Bernd has the same "problem". But December is fixed.
I can very well understand that you want to see Knut now.
The best news at all is the improvement of Lars.
Dumba - my recent experience with the press is not the best at all.

Es gibt im Moment zur Abwechslung mal wieder so viel Schönes in der Zoo-Tierwelt, da lasst doch blöde Presse einfach nicht an Euch heran. FULL STOP! Womit ich keineswegs die ganze Presse über einen Kamm scheren will. Es gibt auch dort, wie in jeder Branche und überall, SOTTE und SOTTE ;-)

Ja, wer hätte gedacht, dass es so schnell gehen würde mit Yoghi und Gio.

Ludmila: Auf Dein Wohl! - Die Warteschlange war vor dem Gropiusbau am Potsdamer Platz, wo zurzeit die Frida Kahlo-Ausstellung ist. Da wollte ich mit meinem Sohn hin, aber es waren dermassen viele Leute am Anstehen, das haette Stunden gedauert.
Caren: How wonderful! Die Freude ist auch auf meiner Seite, werde gleich Morgen Urlaub beantragen und hoffen, das die DB mitspielt.

Ludmila - I know about relaxed Giovanna and that they carefully try. Already yesterday the signs were very positive that it will work out and it obviously works. I am very much looking forward to seeing that live on Saturday.
Bärgit - I tried to clarify this. It was meant exactly as you say, but when you just extract this single sentence you can cause a lot of harm.

First I would like to thank Wolfgangsmama for the delicious food. The waiter has left some crumbs. Hmmmm!
Dumba: Als wir diese schrecklich lange Warteschlange sahen, haben Sherwin und ich uns dann umorientiert und haben schnurstracks Kaffee trinken am Prenzlauer Berg vorgezogen. Soviel zu meinen Kulturprogramm.
Caren: Ich denke da an den 25.8., vielleicht haben sich dann schon die beiden Baeren aneinander gewoehnt (der 18. waere aber auch moeglich).
Knutilda: Viel Glueck weiterhin auf Deiner Job-Suche.
