Dear friends! Even though the winter's still got a hold on us the spring is coming! Many of us are planning a trip to Bärlin and of course, we want to look our best when we visit the Capital City of Cute Bears. Our business minded ladies - Flocke and Gianna - are willing to help us with the spring makeover and welcome us all to the FloGia Bearty Parlour.
Teddybärenmutti has already visited the establishment and she's very satisfied with the result. You can read more about it here:

Ludmila - I wish you and the family a safe trip to LA. Take care of yourself and my prayers will be with you. I'll miss you but look forward to your photos and stories. Big hug.
Hello Ludmila, at the 27th I will go with BirgitB at the Tierpark, but we will stay after the Tierpark visiit at the zoo. At the 28th I will stay at the zoo too.

MERVI -- Indeed you do deserve a standing ovation and a gold medal for staying awake! It is good to hear that we are not alone in having trouble getting a cat (Chloe) into the cat carrier!! We have never had one before that gave this kind of trouble though--she is a total maniac about it!!
VELVET -- What a wonderful cat Velvet was--a big little cat with a great sense of humor. No wonder you and her dogs loved her. My goodness, it must have been interesting seeing her with the Irish Wolfhound--Mr. Large and Miss Small....
LUDMILA -- So Minka is not only intelligent (going back to college), but she has a great sense of humor too!! Have a good and safe trip to Los Angeles tomorrow!
K-J -- Wow, I agree with CELINNE that Willie is a charmer. It is so fantastic to see him happy and playing with his toys after his horrific time at that Mexican circus. I would love to "high five" with him. Oh, and thanks for the pictures of the trio--simply amazing.
CAREN -- Jamuna Toni is a very cute fuzzy elephant!
PATRICIA -- Any ideas on how to get Chloe to take her antibiotic medicine (by mouth)? When we put it into her mouth by syringe, even if she swallows a little bit, she foams for at least 5 minutes afterward--great gobs of saliva foam. She is not interested in food that has medicine in it including tuna juice (surprise, surprise). I have had many cats over the years (including ferals), but have never had one quite like this. She is one tough lady. :-)))
CELINNE -- Mina is back home and well, right? And you are still helping to feed her? I agree with you about Willie--he is quite a bear....

After our nice visit in Tierpark Hellabrunn yesterday, we sorted out our pictures from the baby elephant and a lot of other animals. We wrote a little report with pics from the Munich gang. You can find it now in the Featured Articles in KWM.

Hello Mervi, no I don´t started with packing. I had first time PC lesson. Tuesday is the last lesson. Then I had free time. We are going to visit Knut at the 26 of March til 28 of March. But then I will put a Zooreport here and at my page.

Teddybärenmutti, ich drücke die Daumen,daß der Hafen bald wieder offen ist. Ihr habt im Moment keine leichte Zeit in Finnland.
Ich habe Dr. Raspis Medizin genommen, aber es schmeckt sehr schlecht . Ich mag keinen flüssigen Hering.Hoffentlich hilft es.

Mervi- You must be relieved to be out of the long meeting! I think Raspi's secret concoctions and mixtures are just water from the pool which he 'blows' on or spits in to energize. Then he markets them at astronomical prices. 'Nuff said.

Ludmila- Is poor Yoghi still waiting for Miss Gianna? That girl will whip his love-sick tail again so I hope he has his personal insurance premiums paid up. Jurgen is a smart fella -- he wouldn't his wife Sutra to know he's been flirting with Gianna so he'll just slink off in the shadows and watch the drama from the sidelines. One swipe from Sutra and he'll be seeing stars from the other side of the pond.
As to Minka, the whole idea of studying is to get her PhD and resist those philandering tomcats. If she's looking too gorgeous in jeans etc then they would be harassing her for dates again. She might want to reconsider the Sarah Palin or maybe a Lady Gaga look.

Hello Celinne, I will write an Zooreport, if I came home at the 28 th of March. Then I will put it on my page and here at the Knuipe. Knut will be colored the next time from white polarbear to an black bear. You will see it at the pictures, who are taken at the page from Hartmuth. I am going to my PC lesson this evening. Minka is not delighted about horned-rim glasses and a brown twill suit. She says she is a modern student. She will wear jeans, pullover and contact lens. She does not want to look like Sarah Palin.

Filo- How are you? Your book title sounds very interesting. Have you ever thought about sending back El Tigre to school? Ludmila's Minka is going back to study animal behaviour. We can change his name back to Bubi, remove the gold earring, body piercing studs and the tattoos, trim down his fur and enroll him at a community college to study diesel mechanics. Think about it. No more court appearances, bail money, kitty maintenance claims etc.
Mimi- There's a nice tomcat called Mr Felix by the park where I run. I am checking him out for you....bank records, property assets, money holdings etc...the whole works. Will let you know how he shows up of the eligibility scale. He might make a good finance... er...I mean fiance.

KJ- I am absolutely falling for Willy. We may have to fight over this charmer. Actually I think he's trying to call Tosca, nancy and Katy looking for a date. Beautiful photo of the 3 adorable ones as well.
Ludmila- Minka is a smart girl to go back to university and forget about philandering tomcats. She'll make a great psychologist. I have a tiny pair of horned-rim glasses and a brown twill suit for her. I'll also send some gel for her to slick back her fur so she looks even more scholarly. She's my kinda girl.
Sarsam- I hop e you are getting some rest and being kind to yourself. I send healing thoughts to Chloe and Grandma as well. Stay strong.
Knutilda- Even Mervi is interested in that Gianna and Jurgen afafir. It could be they are having an emotional affair but that is just as bad because one is married with a lovely daughter and the other is the love companion to the world's biggest superstar bear. Watch them closely for furtive looks. If need be we can always dye Knut's fur brown/black and see what happens.
