Hello friends! Another beary year is soon over and we're looking forward to a new, wonderful year 2010. I want to thank all the writers and visitors for making the Knuipe a very special place for us all. We have shared both happy and sad moments during the year but that's what life is. Fortunately the bright moments always outshine the black moments. I wish you all a Happy New Year! May Knut be with you!

PATRICIA -- I am very sorry about your losing a good friend. We are sending you many bear and kitty hugs.
ALEX -- Thank you! You are right, they were 14 blessed years for us.
LUDMILA -- Thanks for the tip. Mr. Tou tou is a fine, dignified goose with some beautiful companions! I agree with you about Lars--he is just so happy playing with all his toys and being able to actually have room to dive under the water, and of course with Jerka. Jerka seems to be a stern disciplinarian, doesn't she!! And she is so small in comparison to him... :-) I like the way he sits or lies down many times when he is playing with her--giving himself less of a size advantage...
CAREN -- Very nice collage of the musical trio! Thanks for your info on Raspi in the email.
MERVI -- There is nothing like a purring cat to relax a person! All of the cats we have now are very quiet purrers but in the past we have had a few that rattled the windows with their purr!!
CELINNE -- It was good to see you commenting in KWM--now we know you are okay but busy...
K-J -- Hope tomorrow (Friday) is a better day for you. Perhaps you could take Al-Man with you and then you could reach over and pet him every now and then to get positive vibes :-))

Ludmila - Raspi knows everything about the species CATs, he visited Patricia quite often and she told him everything he should know.
