Caren and Crissi - It is good to be back for a visit. Caren you know exactly what I am talking about....cycles come to an end and new ones must begin with new hope, challenges and growth.
Big bear hugs and paw waves to you both.

Hi, Celinne - I am glad you are here again. How are you doing?
I am also convinced that staying at the wrong place where you are extremely unhappy will make you seriously ill.
I am sending a lot of positive vibes to the the Filokardi Greek Animal Shelter.

Hola Everyone!

Big hugs to everyone including Filo - We haven't chatted for a long time.

I just wanted to update everyone on the situation at the Filokardi Greek Animal Shelter. In spite of the social unrest and rough times Greeks are facing, some have rallied to help the 4 people of this shelter and donations are trickling in. They are working hard to drain the flooded out compound and re-home the animals. Some of the other animal shelters are also helping by fostering the displaced animals until the shelter can be restored.
To all those who contributed, sent prayers and good thoughts - thank you so much.

There is so much happening in life these days and it seems we are on fast forward with everything.

Knuti-Judi - How are you doing? Your resignation must have drained you. It's always so intense when we have to free ourselves from repressive situations. Life is about cycles and change and once we have outgrown an environment, it's important that we move on. If not, the obstacles, frustrations, inertia will make us sick, physically and emotionally. I had my own career crossroad to face years ago. I ended up quitting a high-paid corporate job, because I was tired of the politics and could no longer grow as a professional because I was blocked at every turn. I was so stressed and unhappy with my life and I knew if I forced myself to stay on I would get very ill with cancer or some other terminal disease. So I quit and walked away with no other job in mind. People thought I was crazy but I listened to my heart and spirit. My spirit told me I needed to leave that toxic place and rest a while and because I was meant to begin a new cycle of life....new beginnings that would only come, if I were brave enough to let go of the old cycle with its fear and frustrations. And that was the best decision I ever made in retrospect. A new cycle came in time and I found my wings to fly and follow my dreams. It wouldn't have happened if I hadn't let go of the old job and allowed myself a fallow period of rest and quiet contemplation.
Just be gentle on yourself for now....sleep late, spend time with loved ones, laugh and have no expectations of yourself. You probably need to heal on many levels. Just allow yourself to heal and be kind to yourself. You have given a lot to others and now must rebalance the equation by giving something back to yourself. A long time ago I learned that if we don't take care of ourselves, then Nature arranges a life-changing experience for us, just to get our attention. Life is about changes and discovering our true selves and what we are meant to be be. Everything will all right..." When a woman conceives her true self, a miracle occurs and life around her begins again." M Williamson

Sarsam - Thank you, there was another visitor who moved his one-legged-pod up and down in front of the lynx. The lynx liked playing with it, but I was not so happy with what the visitor did, although the whole thing gave us the movie and the pics.
The fact that the lynx put his paws through the fence could be an issue for an injury.

Ludmila - Thank you, I thought, too "She is playing like a pet!"

BTW: I got a new orange delivery today. Oh boy they are a tick more sour than all the others.
I think we have to sweeten it up with a bit of champagne :D

Bargit -- Great news about RB!

Caren -- The lynx photos and video are beautiful. What is the lynx poking at? (I cannot get the translation program to work--will check later). Thank you for the link to Ute's album on Dschuna and Daseep--they are really exquisite tigers!

Patricia -- Hahaha -- You are a kiddie to me--I am much older than you!!

Ludmila -- I don't blame Uwe :-))) The picture called to mind by that phrase was rather weird :-)))

I had to laugh about "kiddis". No matter how old you are, you are not different from us all :)

Das ist spannend gewesen. Ich landete auf der Titelseite, dann auf dem Eisbärkindchen, dann gab ich den Namen ein, dann den Button - und jetzt seh ich

Kiitos kommentista!

Was heißt das??? Gespeichert? Nichtgespeichert?

Mervi - sweet dreams
